LTE and 4G Radios

LTE Radios

LTE radios are sometimes known as 4G or push-to-talk over cellular (POC) radios. They use the 4G network (the same as your mobile phone) to communicate. This means that the user can be anywhere in the world and still receive and send messages with their LTE radio.

LTE Radio Full-Duplex Communication

LTE radios work over the mobile phone networks, so they can be used in full-duplex mode to allow telephone-style conversation with PTT operation. There’s no requirement to wait for a channel to become free.

Group Call

LTE radio benefits from group calling with three or more people. If there’s an emergency, you can break into an ongoing call to transmit an important message.

Health and Safety, GPS, Bluetooth and Voice Playback

The radio maintains all the integral benefits of a radio system such as durability, reliability (so long as there is mobile coverage), voice recording and playback, IP ratings, high quality, clear audio, built-in Bluetooth and GPS, emergency button, man down and lone worker functionality and protection and text messaging.
